Job Description : HEAD OF SUPPLY CHAIN UK Indian FMCG trading company looking for suitably qualified expats As Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies to improve material flow, inventory reduction, S&OP implementation and improve supply chain resilience and be responsible for OTIF. Develop and lead the supply chain strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency. Oversee logistics, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels. Manage end to end logistics process flows from inbound supply through to customer. Implement supply chain risk management strategies to mitigate disruptions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and technology to enhance performance. Lead S&OP implementation across the business. Develop a high-performing supply chain team. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a senior supply chain leadership role, ideally within a fast pacedmanufacturingenvironment. Strong knowledge of material management, logistics, inventory management and S&OP. Ability to influence, engage with key stakeholders and lead a team to deliver "best in class" supply chain processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain software
