Job Description : Pre- Contract Senior Commercial QS - Major Masterplanned Projects / Cost Consultancy - KSA a International PQS / Cost Consultancy firm. The Senior Commercial Manager SQS will support the Project Director in the pre contract commercial cost prep of major masterplanned projects related to the GIGA projects. The role will cover the all pre contract commercial, covering procurement strategy, cost planning, financial advice throughout the project planning, liaison with funders. The candidate considered must have: Degree in Quantity Surveying, and MRICS Minimum 15 years experience in the PQS, Cost Consultancy Sector which includes 8 years in major build projects works, such as, Hospitality, commercial, residential, public realm Minimum 4 years in the GCC. Salary up to 55K SAR Per month, plus benefits. Single status preferred as this will be onsite.
