Job Description : CFO MADRID SPAIN Role is open to bi lingual candidates n industrial group undergoing expansion is seeking a CFO based in Madrid to lead the company's financial management in a dynamic industrial environment. Their main objective will be to ensure financial strength, support growth strategies and the execution of the future business plan agreed upon with shareholders, optimize resources, and ensure regulatory compliance in a highly competitive environment. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement financial strategies that support short- and long-term corporate objectives. • Lead the financial evolution of the Business Plan established with the rest of the Management Team and shareholders, as well as monitor compliance with said Plan, comparing the actual annual results obtained in each fiscal year with the budgets prepared for each one. • Supervise and manage financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and internal control. • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction opportunities. • Collaborate with other departments (production, operations, and sales) to align financial goals with operational goals. • Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations applicable to the industrial sector. • Lead relationships with financial institutions, external auditors, banks and funding funds, as well as other key stakeholders. • Manage treasury and oversee the company's liquidity and strategic investments. • Evaluate financial risks and propose mitigation plans. • Drive automation and digitalization initiatives in financial management. • Supervise the Group's financial controlling and reporting team . • Continuous interaction with the rest of the Management Team, especially the CEO and the Group's Director of Business Development. Requirements: • A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar. An MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) will be positively valued. • A minimum of 10 years' experience in financial management, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector. • Advanced knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and tax regulations. • Leadership skills, decision-making, and ability to work under pressure. • Experience implementing technological tools in finance (ERP, BI). • Strong analytical skills and results-oriented. • Advanced English. • Previous experience in CFO roles within companies with significant M&A activity and immersed in inorganic growth processes (build-up) will be highly valued, while also maintaining constant reporting interaction with private equity funds.
