They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a robust data background and comprehensive supply chain knowledge. This role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 and is based in Hoofddorp. What you'll do: As an Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of overseeing the entire supply chain process from planning to execution. Your data-driven approach will be instrumental in making informed decisions to optimize operations across all functions. You will be expected to collaborate closely with multiple departments such as production, logistics, procurement, and quality assurance. Your leadership skills will play a crucial role in guiding the operations team towards achieving performance excellence. Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics. Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes. Utilize SAP software for reporting, data management, and process automation. Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to align operations with business objectives. Provide guidance and support to the operations team. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. 18+ years of experience in operations management with a focus on supply chain activities. Expertise in data analysis with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP systems. Proven ability to drive process improvements within supply chain functions. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across various levels of the organization.
