What You’ll Do: • Oversee end-to-end operations across printing, packaging & paper converting • Drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability • Lead cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives • Ensure top-tier quality, safety, and compliance standards • Collaborate with leadership on growth and innovation Requirements: Expatriates only. • B.Tech in Printing Technology • 8–10+ years in senior management roles in printing/packaging • Strong technical and leadership skills • International exposure a plus
