Job Description : DIRECTOR GCC Seasoned Senior Level Executive with a proven and established track record in real estate asset management within a complex hospitality setting inclusive of elements such as management contracts, luxury resort operations to join a leading real estate developer and be based in the GCC. The ideal candidate will be Director Level or above and within the Asset Management arena, and come from a hotel development background that includes working with a multi-property owner, in the luxury segment. This person will also have extensive experience in land development, openings of luxury resorts, strategic repositioning of assets as well as renovations.
