Job Description : Plant Incharge (Biscuits Manufacturing Unit) Location - Nigeria Level - Leadership A renowned and diversified business group with interests spanning plastics, flexible packaging, blown film, beverages, biscuits, logistics and industrial gases across Africa is looking for a seasoned Plant Incharge to spearhead its Biscuits Manufacturing Unit in Nigeria. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic leader with deep expertise in the food processing industry, specifically biscuits manufacturing, to take ownership of the complete manufacturing unit. What We’re Looking For • Experience: 25+ years in the food derivatives industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a Plant Incharge role within a biscuits manufacturing setup. • Educational Background - Degree/Diploma or B.Sc. in Food Technology. Preferred Background: • Experienced with leading biscuit brands in India as Factory/Plant Head. • Exposure to Nigerian or broader African markets is a strong advantage. Skills: • Strong techno-commercial acumen with a proven track record in P&L management. • Exceptional leadership with a focus on innovation and strategic growth. • Ability to drive operational excellence and business development.
