Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be an integral part of our team in the aviation industry. Based in Irvine, California, the CFO will play a key role in strategic planning, managing, and operating finance and accounting activities. This is an offering an exciting opportunity. Responsibilities: • Undertake the responsibility of managing all finance and accounting activities • Handle business planning, budgeting, and forecasting tasks efficiently • Oversee financial and administrative functions, including finance, accounting, and investments • Conduct internal audits to ensure financial transparency and compliance • Represent the department's interests in financial policy, aviation, and technical matters • Utilize '3M', 'Accounting Software Systems', 'ADP - Financial Services', 'Business systems', 'CRM' for efficient operations • Oversee all accounting functions for financial clacrity • Conduct auditing to ensure all financial operations are within the legal framework • Manage budget processes to maintain financial health of the organisation • Handle capital management and cash flow analysis to ensure financial stability. Requirements • Candidate must be proficient in the use of 3M • Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is essential • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required • Knowledge of various Business Systems is crucial • Proficiency in CRM is necessary • Must be adept at performing Accounting Functions • Auditing experience is a must • Must be well-versed in Budget Processes • Experience in Capital Management is required • Must have skills for Cash Flow Analysis
