Job Description : CEO – Power & Infrastructure Sector (Nigeria) ???? A leading player in the Power and Infrastructure sector, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its operations in Nigeria. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the helm of a rapidly growing business in a high-demand industry. Role & Responsibilities: As the CEO, you will be entrusted with the overall leadership of the company in Nigeria, with the following key responsibilities: ???? P&L Responsibility: ???? Relationship Management: ???? Operational Excellence. ???? Leadership Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have: ???? 20+ years of experience in the Power & Infrastructure sector, with a minimum of 5 years in Nigeria. ???? Strong experience in Infrastructure EPC Projects, including managing operations as a Profit Centre Head. ???? A clear understanding of financial metrics, including Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flow, and ROI. ???? Proven experience managing full departments (Operations, Finance, Procurement) and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). ???? Experience in managing banking relations through direct reports, ideally in Nigeria. ???? Proficiency in ERP systems, Financial Accounting software, and advanced IT knowledge (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
