Job Description : Vice President – Operations (Pan India) Location: Hyderabad Should be Graduate/Postgraduate in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, with MBA in Operations or General Management preferred with20 years of experience in large-scale operations management, preferably in waste management, environmental services, facility management, or infrastructure services, Experience in managing multi-location operations across India Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, environmental laws, and sustainability practices Role Overview: The Vice President – Operations will lead and manage nationwide operational functions, driving efficiency, service delivery, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all locations. The role demands strategic thinking, operational leadership, and a passion for environmental sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day operations across all project locations in India Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence Ensure strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations and waste disposal norms Collaborate with state and local authorities, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth execution of public/private projects Optimize resource planning, logistics, and infrastructure for seamless service delivery Drive automation, digitization, and sustainability initiatives within operations Lead large, diverse teams across regions, building capability and ensuring alignment with company values Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics, reporting regularly to the leadership team Support business development teams with operational insights for new bids and proposals Build strong vendor and partner networks to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service delivery Skills Required: Strong leadership and team management across geographies Excellent knowledge of waste processing technologies (MSW, hazardous waste, bio-medical waste, etc.) Familiarity with PPP project models and working with government bodies Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
