You will be tasked with developing financial strategies that align with the company's goals, managing capital requests and budgeting processes, and maintaining strong professional relationships within the management team. Your oversight will ensure the accuracy of all financial information issued by the company. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in understanding and mitigating risks to the company's profile. Your ability to identify opportunities for process improvement will be invaluable in this role. Furthermore, you will participate in recruitment activities, contributing to employee selection, career development, and succession planning.
