Job Description : TREASURY HEAD MEXICO FOR CONSUMER DURABLE CO Open to International Spanish speaking candidates This role involves the efficient management of financial resources, optimizing cash flow, minimizing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. The successful candidate will provide accurate and timely information for strategic decision-making. Ensure financial stability and liquidity Manage financial resources efficiently Minimize financial risks What you will do: As Head of Treasury, your role will be critical to maintaining the organization's financial health. You will oversee cash flow management, ensuring short- and long-term liquidity. Your experience managing banking relationships will be crucial in determining investment options to optimize capital returns. You will also play a key role in risk management, identifying potential financial risks and implementing measures to mitigate them. Ensuring regulatory compliance across all treasury operations will be an important part of your responsibilities. Your ability to prepare detailed financial reports will assist you in strategic decision-making. As head of the treasury team, you will plan work schedules and train new members, fostering a supportive environment. Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure company liquidity Maintain and manage relationships with financial institutions for proper administration of the funds Collaborate in the identification and mitigation of financial risks Ensure that all treasury operations comply with internal and external regulations Prepare and present periodic financial reports that reflect the current situation and projections futureLead and supervise the treasury team, including work planning and training new members. What you bring: As Head of Treasury, you bring extensive experience in treasury operations along with strong leadership skills. Your background in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration equips you with the knowledge necessary to excel in this role. With at least five years of treasury experience, you have honed your skills in cash flow management, maintaining banking relationships, mitigating risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading teams. Your advanced Excel skills enable you to handle complex data analysis tasks efficiently. Fluency in English would be an added advantage, facilitating effective communication within our diverse team. User-level familiarity with SAP is expected for this role. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields Minimum 15 years of treasury experience, preferably in a leadership position Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot Tables and Functions) SAPSAP Mastery (F1F1) Skills of leadership, communication and financial analysis level Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial management software
