Opportunity to join a small, dedicated team Essential overseas travel providing international exposure Contribute to the growth of the business within mining landscape What you'll do: As a Senior Sales Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the sales and marketing efforts of the company. You will have the opportunity to engage directly with customers and consultants, attending meetings and presentations that will expand market share. Your expertise will be crucial in evaluating customer requirements and preparing engineered solutions. You will also be responsible for preparing customer proposals for tender, keeping up-to-date with new technologies and providing strategic advice to enhance business growth. Manage the sales and marketing efforts of the company by attending sales meetings and presentations with customers and consultants Expand market share through key marketing strategies and improving customer relations Act as the sales representative during customer delegations visits Evaluate requirements from potential customers and prepare engineered solutions Prepare customer proposals for tender including general arrangement drawings, basic level technical information, pricing schedules, basic commercial information, feedback on contractual terms and conditions Keep up-to-date with information regarding new equipment, technologies, mining methods etc. Provide strategic advice and contributions to enhance the growth of the business What you bring: As a Senior Sales Manager, you bring a wealth of knowledge from your degree in a relevant area along with your engineering qualifications. Your experience in mining operations will be highly valued. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, coupled with your customer-focused approach will enable you to excel in this role. While knowledge of tender submission is not mandatory, it would certainly be beneficial. Your excellent interpersonal skills will allow you to represent the company effectively at various levels with foreign customers. Degree in a relevant area, experience in mining operations would be an advantage Engineering qualifications and experience Knowledge of products and equipment related to mechanical engineering Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel skills are critical Customer focused approach Knowledge and experience of Tender submission would be useful but not mandatory Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to manage own time and work independently with minimal supervision
