Job Description : GM TECHNICAL FOR PLASTICS EAST AFRICA Bachelor's (Plastic) - Excellent Communication Skills in English Job Summary Age : Up to 48 Candidates Needed from Plastic Industry only Experience : Total Experience-15 years, out of which at least 5 years should be as technical head working independently at the plant. Duties & Responsibilities : - He will be responsible for the daily management and coordination of plant operations including Planning, production, maintenance, quality & new projects etc. - He will also be responsible to improve throughout and other in-house processes with the objective of reducing overall costs. - He will provide direction to subordinate managers, offering professional expertise and monitoring performance to ensure that departmental and individual objectives are achieved within scheduled timelines and budgets.
