Job Description : Plant Head (General Manager) Department: Manufacturing Operations(Thermoset & Thermoplastic, Injection Molding) Reports To: COO Location: HAMBURG GERMANY Role is open to International candidates who are fluent in German Job Summary: The Plant Head will oversee and manage the production operations to ensure timely and efficient production planning, material availability, and machinery utilization. This role requires a deep understanding of thermoset and thermoplastic molding processes, injection molding machinery, and process specifications. The Plant Head will be responsible for ensuring in-process inspection, preventive maintenance, risk assessment, and adherence to safety standards. The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints, vendor management, and team dynamics effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1. Adherence of production plans and schedule. 2. Utilization of Machinery at Maximum extent. 3. Ensure material availability for production and maintain the time lines for dispatch schedules. 4. Reduction customer complaints and see that it will be zero. 5. Maintain preventive maintenance schedules. 6. Safe working environment and see that zero inciodents. 7. Employee satisfaction and retention strategies. 8. Develop supply chain Management. 9. Provide leadership and continuous improvements. 10. Ensure tasks are accomplished effectively. Qualifications and Skills: · Education: B.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field. · Experience: Minimum of 25 years in a similar industry with extensive knowledge of thermo set and thermoplastic molding, injection molding processes, and machinery. · Salary Range 20 to 25 LPA · Technical Skills: o Expertise in process and material specifications. o Proficiency in machine maintenance and troubleshooting. · Soft Skills: o Strong leadership and managerial skills. o Excellent communication and motivational skills. o Crisis management and problem-solving abilities. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
