Job Description : Lead – Human Resources | Dubai, UAE Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a Lead – HR to join our team and spearhead HR operations across multiple countries including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Thailand. ???? What You’ll Do: Lead strategic and operational HR initiatives Design and implement performance management systems (KPIs & KRAs) Drive employee engagement and build a thriving workplace culture Manage full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit Ensure global HR compliance and consistency across regions Travel regularly to our international offices to support local teams ???? What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of leadership in HR across multinational environments Strong grasp of talent management, employee relations, training & development Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach Excellent communication and team management skills Proficiency in HR tech systems and data-driven HR practices ???? Location: Dubai, UAE (with regional travel) ???? Scope: GCC + Southeast Asia ????
