Job Description : PLANT MANAGER PROCESSED FOODS CUBA Open to Spanish speaking International candidates The ideal candidate must have experience in Emulsified processed foods Mayonnaise and sauces, Dips, Dressings, and ketchup and Sauces cold & Hot processes Must be min B Tech / M tech Food with 15+ years of experience in the above product range. Should know Rules & Regulations along R & D, product routine and methods. The candidate will manage shop floor staff & mechanical machines etc in the plant. Able to work on production schedule and manage manpower. Plan work schedule & coordinate with vendors in the purchase of RM & PM Must be handling the complete responsibilities of plant & production Monitor & manage the QA/QC process The candidate must be able work on the system and software processes for recipes and other methods, production sheets, batches etc. Well versed with computer & manufacturing data entries. Able to generate reports & POs in coordination.
