General Manager Sales

Job Description : General Manager – Sales ???? Location: UAE ???? Industry: High-End / Luxury Building Materials ????????? Reporting To: CEO Experience Required: 15+ years in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the luxury construction or building materials industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting premium residential, commercial, and hospitality projects Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and interior designers Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive revenue and profitability Identify new business opportunities and manage high-value project sales Oversee pricing, negotiations, and closure of contracts Ensure premium market positioning and brand visibility in a competitive environment Desired Profile: 15+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Strong background in luxury building materials or interior products (tiles, sanitaryware, surfaces, etc.) Proven track record of leading sales teams and driving results in the UAE market Bachelor's or Master’s degree (Preferably from IIT/IIM or other reputed institutions) Exceptional leadership, communication, and client engagement skills Deep knowledge of the UAE’s construction and fit-out ecosystem
