Job Description : CFO Ndola , Zambia - FMCG - Qualification : CA/CPA - Industry : FMCG / Beverage ( Manufacturing ) ???????????? ???????????????????? & ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????: * Strategy & Alignment: Partner with GM and leadership to shape strategic direction, aligning financial goals with business objectives. * Financial Management: Ensure timely, accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making. * Governance & Compliance: Maintain full regulatory compliance, oversee statutory filings, and uphold internal controls. * Risk Management: Identify financial and operational risks, develop mitigation strategies with stakeholders. * Stakeholder Relations: Represent the company on finance matters; engage with JV partners, regional leadership, and key internal teams. * HSEQ Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards to protect assets and people.
