Job Description : Senior Regional Sales Manager (Expatriate) Location: Anywhere in Nigeria (Preference for Eastern region) Industry: FMCG – Food Products (Edible Oil, Mayonnaise, Condiments, Custard, Chocolate Powder, etc.) Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across Nigeria, with a strong focus on the Eastern region. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the FMCG industry, particularly in selling food products such as edible oils, condiments, and related items. Responsibilities: · Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the assigned region. · Manage and grow relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners. · Drive regional sales performance and ensure target achievement. · Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management. Requirements: · Minimum 10 years of overall sales experience, with at least 5 years working in the FMCG sector, specifically in food product sales. · Experience working in the Eastern part of Nigeria with knowledge of the local market. · Proven ability to lead and manage a regional sales team effectively. · Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills. · Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. · Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
