Job Description : GLOBAL STRATEGY LEADER GCC an international name in industrial commodities, and they’re not looking for someone to just scale B2B sales. They want someone who rewires the system — strategy-first, capability-led, globally aligned. As a senior leader with deep experience in the (food/commodities) you’ll operate as the nucleus of a newly formed Center of Excellence. This is where industrial logic meets commercial creativity. You’ll shape market entry and exit blueprints, define what “good” looks like in B2B capability, and establish best practices that don’t just travel — they translate. Forget dashboards and checklists. This is boardroom-level impact: You’ll influence how pricing gets defined in Cairo, how partnerships scale in Jakarta, and how value is communicated in Warsaw. You’ll elevate teams, not just structures. Design frameworks. Embed excellence. Drive adoption. And yes, you’ll get the messy questions — the ones that keep growth honest. We’re looking for a commercially seasoned strategist who’s led across borders, built high-performance teams, and isn’t afraid to say, “We can do better — here’s how.” If you're at that point in your career where substance matters more than sparkle, we should talk.
