Job Description : Business Development Manager – Home Appliances Location: West Africa (Gambia, Ghana, Sierra Leone ) Industry: Retail / Home Appliances Contract - 3 Years Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales and expansion efforts for our home appliances retail division in Africa. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, a strong network in the home appliance sector, and the ability to drive growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business growth strategies in the African retail market. Identify and onboard new retail partners and distribution channels. Manage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Achieve sales targets and manage budgets effectively. Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to optimize product availability and visibility. Requirements: Proven experience in business development or sales in the home appliance or retail sector. Strong knowledge of African retail markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
