Job Description : Site Manager. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to lead a multimillion-dollar plant construction project in the oil & gas sector. ???? Location: Abu Dhabi ????? Project Type: Plant Construction – Oil & Gas ???? Role: Full-time, Project-Based ???? Key Responsibilities: ? Oversee site execution across CMEI disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation) ? Ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and project timelines ? Manage coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams ? Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and report to stakeholders ? Uphold high standards of safety and compliance ???? Education & Certifications: ?? Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or related field) ?? PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials (preferred) ?? Valid HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH/IOSH) are a strong advantage ???? Ideal Candidate Should Have: ?? Minimum 15-20 years of experience in large-scale oil & gas construction projects ?? Proven ability to handle CMEI scope independently ?? Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills ?? A proactive, problem-solving approach under pressure
