Plant Manager

Job Description : Plant Manager (m/f/d) – Injection Molding / Plastics Manufacturing a global industrial group with a strong reputation for precision plastic components and system solutions. The company operates several manufacturing sites worldwide and serves demanding industries, particularly within the automotive sector. For a well-established production site in Mexico (~150 Employees), we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Plant Manager (m/f/d) to take full operational and strategic responsibility. Responsibilities: Full P&L and leadership responsibility for a production facility with approx. 150 employees Ensure efficient, on-time and high-quality manufacturing operations (injection molding focus) Lead and develop the local management team (Production, Engineering, Logistics, Quality) Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / KPI-driven) and align with global standards Represent the plant to internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers and local authorities Collaborate closely with the group’s international headquarters Proven track record in plant or operations management, ideally in plastics / injection molding Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or similar technical background Strong leadership and communication skills, hands-on mentality and intercultural competence Experience with lean manufacturing and international production networks Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage
