Job Description : COMMISSIONING SUPERINTENDENT UAE FOR OIL AND GAS Executing complete plant operation to ensure safe and efficient operating procedures, standards are being followed Responsible for preparation of instruction manual & standard operating procedure development and review Leading plant operations as necessary with other connected plants upstream or downstream Steering maintenance work in progress or completing within the unit and ensuring that safe procedures are adhered to and that completed work is satisfactory Leading emergency shutdown and safe start-ups; implementing preventive, planned and predictive maintenance practices to maximize uptime of all production equipment Taking active part in emergency drill announced and unannounced to check readiness & respond to particular scenario Monitoring console/panel operation and startup of unit from panel and coordinator with multiple team (Maintenance & Engineering) Assessing operating parameters of various equipment that is distillation column, column, furnace, strippers, stabilizer, compressors and work out for any deviations Conducting internal safety audit, accident & incident investigation; steering scheduling & safety training of employees Imparting on job training (OJT) to the outside and console operator about the NHT, CCR, platfromer unit and internal field assessment and evaluation for the task Developing software tools with Honeywell delivering training of the OTS (Operator Training simulator) to potential candidate of console operator for NHT, Platformer unit. Performing implantation of ODR (Operator Driven Reliability) of area, troubleshooting of unit issues with coordination of Maintenance and engineering unit Ensured on time management of change (MOC) and played a key role in initiating the same Experienced in the commissioning of refinery and assessing the operational aspect of refinery units Leading daily performance dialogue to minimize machine downtime and exploring opportunities for improvements Directing and revising BED packages for various process and compliance related projects and exploring project cost optimization Desired Candidate Profile BE/B Tech/Diploma with 15+ years of exp in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical Plant Operations..
