Job Description : inancial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager - Oil and Gas Salary: 22,000 AED per month Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We're looking for a skilled FP&A Manager with oil and gas experience to drive financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project-based environments and possess professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support business decisions - Collaborate with senior management to align financial plans with business objectives - Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights - Manage budgeting and forecasting processes - Provide financial guidance and support to project teams Requirements: - ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification - Proven FP&A experience in the oil and gas industry - Strong experience working in project-based environments - Excellent financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills
