Operations Excellence Manager

Job Description : Operations Excellence (OpsEx) Manager Department: Supply Chain / Continuous Improvement Location: Kishasha/Angola (Retail)/ India The company leverages Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques to enhance productivity across our multi?site operations. The Ops Excellence Manager will embed these frameworks in our distribution centers (DCs) and Manufacturing nodes to deliver 1–2% cost savings and sustained operational excellence. Responsibilities CI Program Management: Lead and maintain the Company Lean/Kaizen culture through training, workshops, and daily management systems. SOP Development: Standardize operational procedures that maintain our high standards standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Performance Audits: Conduct periodic audits of DCs, measuring adherence to 5S principles and continuous improvement targets. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leadership and frontline teams to instill a culture of incremental innovation and problem?solving. Project ROI Tracking: Quantify the financial and operational impact of CI projects. communicating results to executive management. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferred. Experience: 15+ years of implementing process improvements in manufacturing, logistics, or DC environments. Tools: Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S principles. People Skills: Capable of complex data analysis as well as leading cultural change on the shop floor. 1–2% cost reduction across DCs through CI projects Improved throughput, lead times, and service levels Consistent SOP compliance and continuous improvement engage
