Job Description : Factory Manager – Extrusion & Thermoforming for Disposable Product Manufacturing ???? ???? Location: Ghana ???? Experience: 10+ Yrs of Exp (Minimum 5 Yrs of recent exp in Disposable Product manufacturing) Tax-Free Salary + Local Allowance Bachelor Accommodation (Family Status after 1 Year) Transport Facility 2 Yrs Contract Key Responsibilities: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (preferred). 2. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in handling E2E factory operations in plastic extrusion and thermoforming. 3. Strong knowledge of GPPS/PP sheet extrusion and thermoforming machinery. 4. Proven leadership and team management skills. 5. Communicate with OEMs and suppliers for spares, technical troubleshooting, and procurement. 6. Ability to analyze production data and make actionable decisions. 7. Familiarity with quality control systems, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance processes.
