Sub Contracts Supervisor

Job Description : SUB CONTRACTS SUPERVISOR UAE OIL AND GAS FOR EPC To manage techno commercials and contractual issues for formalization of subcontracts and in post award stage of subcontracts up to close-out. Bidding Responsibilities; Develop and prepare Subcontracts bids planning Bid technical clarification commercial, clarification and evaluation and formation of cost rack up and submission of final bid package for subcontracts bid to monitor post award Subcontracts administration Preparation of recommendation of award based on above document. Preparation of close out plan, final reconciliation of subcontracts and updating the closeout plan accordingly. o Ensuring the Contracts assigned are executed in accordance with the agreed contractual terms and conditions and that Company interest is protected at all times; o Develop within area of responsibility: Project Contract procedures and execution plans; Provide advice to the Company representative on contractual issues, and prepare / validate all contractual correspondence; o Handle Sub-Contractor claims, prepare counter claims - liaise with Project team & HQ as necessary; o Ensure all contractual certificates, guarantees and insurances required under the Contract are in place and in the due time; o Prepare certificates to be issued to Sub-Contractor by Company in accordance with the contract; o Coordinate the processing of Contractors monthly applications for payment, and verifying invoice submissions; Desired Candidate Profile: - BE/B Tech/Diploma in Engg (Mech/Civil/Electrical) with 10-15 yrs total exp & 8 yrs for Diploma holders, must have min. 2 yrs of Gulf experience in large EPC construction projects.
