Job Description : HEAD OF PRODUCT AND OPERATIONS BERN SWITZERLAND Open to candidates worldwide fluent in English, French and German. Italian will be a plus a leading player in the B2B telecommunications space, is hiring a Head of Product & Operations to drive the delivery and performance of its enterprise products and services. Based in Bern, the role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of ~50 across product and service operations. The business is scaling fast and offers genuine influence over both strategic direction and delivery outcomes. Define and execute product roadmaps in collaboration with senior leadership and the board Lead operational teams responsible for delivery, support, and continuous service improvement Oversee a team of approximately 50 across multiple functions Ensure seamless coordination between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success Drive commercial outcomes and operational efficiency through process improvement and data insight Extensive experience in B2B product management and operational leadership, ideally within the telecom industry Strong understanding of telecommunications services and customer expectations Proven track record managing cross-functional teams at scale Ability to think strategically while driving hands-on execution A clear, structured communication style and strong stakeholder management skills Fluent English skills; any additional language is an asset
