Job Description : 6) Operations and Maintenance Manager - Qatar This is an outstanding opportunity to join a successful and growing power company as O&M Manager based at their corporate HQ in Doha. You will oversee and direct all O&M activities across a portfolio of power generation assets with the objective of delivering excellence in operations, maintenance and environmental health and safety which will translate into strong and sustainable financial results. Degree qualified, you should have had, at least, 10 years of O&M experience of which around 6 years should have been at management level and ideally include the asset management of a similar portfolio of plants. You should have a sound knowledge of power technologies including thermal, hydro, solar and wind as well as desalination. You will have a clear understanding of the financial and non-financial performance drivers of the assets and have the knowledge and expertise to improve business delivery and long term performance.
