Managing Director

Job Description : MD INDONESIA FOR AUTO As Managing Director, you will oversee all aspects of the business in Indonesia—from brand partnerships and dealer networks to supply chain, aftersales, and team leadership. You’ll work closely with regional and international stakeholders to ensure strong commercial performance and alignment with group objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall strategic and operational direction of the company. Manage relationships with OEMs, dealers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams. Drive financial performance and oversee budgeting, reporting, and forecasting. Ensure operational efficiency across distribution, logistics, and customer service. Build and support a strong senior leadership team with a focus on accountability and collaboration. Identify growth opportunities in line with changing market trends and customer needs. What We're Looking For At least 10 years of senior management experience, ideally in automotive, distribution, or a related sector, Ideally in South East Asia. Strong track record of managing complex operations and delivering consistent results. Comfortable working in both local and international business environments. Strategic thinker with sound judgement and a hands-on approach to leadership. Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
