To strengthen and further professionalize the organization, we are looking for an independent and proactive Financial Controller. Your role As Financial Controller, you are responsible for an optimally organized financial administration of approximately sixty (real estate) companies. You report directly to the CFO and contribute to keeping automated processes up-to-date and further professionalizing them. You maintain independent contact with various stakeholders and play an important role in improving the financial structure. Your profile You are independent, accurate and proactive. You have an affinity with automated systems and digitalization. You have completed a higher professional education or university education in finance. Experience with Twinfield, Basecone and Office 365 is a plus. Tasks and responsibilities Periodic closing and review of administrations. Preparation of periodic and ad hoc reports. Preparing VAT returns (monthly/quarterly). Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable administration. Signaling and processing internal charges. Preparation of financial year files and (draft) annual accounts. Optimizing and automating financial processes. Support with tax, legal and financial issues. Drawing up cash flow forecasts.
