Job Description : EXPT HEAD HR BANGKOK THALAND This role offers an exciting opportunity to strategize and implement effective HR plans throughout the years. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development, ensuring the smooth operation and success of the company's HR functions. Lead the HR department Strategize and implement effective HR plans Oversee all aspects of HRM and HRD What you'll do: As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by developing and implementing strategic HR plans. You will oversee all aspects of HRM and HRD, ensuring that they align with the company's business goals. Your responsibilities will also include managing HR staff, ensuring legal compliance, and providing support to management through informed decision-making. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals Oversee all aspects of HRM and HRD, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and labour relations Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention Manage HR staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions The ideal candidate for this Head of Human Resources position brings a wealth of experience in leading an HR department. You have a deep understanding of all HR functions from talent management to training & development. Your knowledge extends to labour laws and disciplinary procedures. Proficiency in MS Office is expected, while familiarity with HRMS is a plus. Your excellent communication skills enable you to interact effectively at all levels within the organization. Proven experience as a Head of HR or similar role In-depth knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development etc.) Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
