Job Description : EXPAT DELIVERY HEAD THAILAND Head of Delivery for their ServiceNow platform. This pivotal role will oversee the end-to-end delivery of the ServiceNow platform across the organisation, ensuring solutions are delivered with quality, speed, and stakeholder alignment. The successful candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow, strong delivery governance skills, and the ability to manage internal teams and vendor performance effectively. What you'll do: As the Head of Delivery for ServiceNow, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of the ServiceNow platform across the organisation. You will guide cross-functional teams from business analysis through to build and transition to operations. Your role will involve managing the overall ServiceNow delivery roadmap, defining and maintaining delivery governance frameworks, providing technical leadership across all core ServiceNow modules, acting as the primary interface between the ServiceNow team and internal stakeholders, managing vendor delivery performance under the Managed Services agreement, and providing direction to a cross-functional team. Lead the delivery lifecycle across all ServiceNow projects and enhancement initiatives. Manage the overall ServiceNow delivery roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and platform strategy. Define and maintain delivery governance frameworks. Provide technical leadership across all core ServiceNow modules. Act as the primary interface between the ServiceNow team and internal stakeholders. Manage vendor delivery performance under the Managed Services agreement. Provide direction to a cross-functional team of business analysts, developers, testers, and release coordinators. What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Head of Delivery – ServiceNow role will bring a wealth of experience in delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations or enhancements. You should have a strong background in Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies and IT service operations. Your technical proficiency should include in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, integration methods (REST, MID Server), module configuration and hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, and SPM core modules. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks, DevOps practices, and platform performance optimization will be beneficial. Certifications in ServiceNow, ITIL Foundation or higher, and Agile or SAFe would be advantageous. 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations or enhancements. Strong background in Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies and IT service operations. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, integration methods (REST, MID Server, etc.), and module configuration. Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, and SPM core modules. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks, DevOps practices, and platform performance optimization. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required. One or more advanced ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Implementation Specialist, Application Developer). ITIL Foundation or higher certification is preferred. Agile or SAFe certifications are a plus.
