You will also execute high-impact negotiations with leading suppliers, delivering measurable cost and value improvements. Furthermore, you will oversee contract creation, compliance, and performance management to mitigate risks. * Mentor teams and drive skill development to build sourcing excellence across the organisation * Lead change in focus areas to build a flexible and future-ready sourcing function * Implement and optimise efficient and performance-based sourcing processes * Provide strategic leadership aligned with business priorities * Develop sourcing alternatives and define strategies to manage & optimise global sourcing * Execute high-impact negotiations with leading suppliers * Oversee contract creation, compliance, and performance management The ideal candidate for the Supply Chain Director position brings extensive experience in procurement best practices, contract management, and cost optimization.
