Job Description : FINANCE HEAD LONDON UK Open to International candidates especially South Asians with company supporting full relcoation An established UK manufacturing business is seeking a Head of Finance to join its senior leadership team. This is a key strategic role offering the opportunity to shape financial direction, strengthen internal controls, and drive improvement through a new ERP system. Perfect for a commercially aware finance leader with strong operational grounding and ERP experience. Key responsibilities of the Head of Finance: Lead the review and optimisation of a new ERP system Manage and develop a small finance team, fostering growth and high performance Produce monthly management reports and year-end financial statements Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Monitor and report on key variances, driving corrective actions where needed Oversee audit preparation, tax packs, and regulatory compliance Take ownership of financial risk, credit control, and insurance-related matters Supervise stock audits and ensure accurate reporting and analysis Key qualifications and experience required: Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) Proven track record in financial control, reporting, and systems management Previous involvement in ERP implementation within a manufacturing setting is highly desirable Confident influencing senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic discussions This is a standout opportunity for an experienced finance leader ready to take on a broader strategic role in a collaborative, values-driven business
