Job Description : Senior Project Manager – Telecom / OEM Projects Experience Required: 10–13 Years Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects under Telecom accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. Deliver fixed-bid projects with a strong focus on scope, cost, and quality management. Lead and manage project teams consisting of 20–25+ members, ensuring efficient execution and team alignment. Engage directly with clients, handling all aspects of stakeholder communication, expectation management, and relationship building. Adapt independently to customer-specific processes, tools, and ways of working, while guiding and supporting the project team to do the same. Track and ensure delivery on all key commitments, maintaining a strong record of accountability and success. Drive execution excellence through best practices, risk mitigation, and proactive issue resolution. Preferably, contribute experience and insights from managing end-to-end IT project deliveries across the SDLC.
