Job Description : GM PROJECTS SOUTH INDIA Position- GM Projects Location- South India- Chennai Experience- 20 yrs plus of work experience Role- Project Management/ Project Execution/ Site Management Qualification- B.E. / B. Tech Civil/ Mechanical – PG in Construction Management will be added advantage Experience- Working experience of Projects related to Industrial Buildings, Plants, Factories & Buildings, Pre-Engineered Buildings, Industrial Parks, Industrial Sheds, PEB Structures, Logistic Parks, and Warehouse will be preferred. Personality Skills- · Good with Project Management Tools · Vendor and Contractor Management · Problem-solving & decision making · Excellent Drafting and Spoken communication skills · Good knowledge of Construction Methodology. Job details- · To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. · Handle the project with best construction benchmarks and standards. · Responsible for End to End Project Management and Execution work. · Lead the planning and implementation of project. · Management of existing clients & Liaison with external agencies, Govt. officials, Statutory Bodies. · Coordinate with Architects/ Consultants/ Contractors for smooth operations of project. · Plan and schedule project timelines. · Define project tasks and resource requirements. · Coordinates Project related approvals, activities with Government or other agencies as required. · Coordinate with Costing Team for Cost Estimate for the project work. · Keep track of Project Milestones as per schedule. · Manage project budget & project resource allocation. · Implement and manage project changes as and when required and get it approved. · Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables CTC UPTO 50 LPA
