Job Description : Chief Operating Officer | Salary: INR 80-90 Lakhs + ESOPs High Impact Talent is partnering with brand revolutionizing the healthy snacking space in India. We are seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead their next phase of operational excellence. This is a critical leadership role focused on building and scaling a robust, future-proof supply chain. We need a strategic operator who can preemptively identify and solve complex challenges across quick commerce inventory, warehouse management, and e-commerce logistics to fuel exponential growth. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Deep expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain Management. - Proven ability to manage Quick Commerce & E-commerce operational complexities. - Mandatory: First-principles thinking approach to problem-solving. - Highly Preferred: Background in D2C / FMCG sectors. - Highly Preferred: Consulting experience is a plus. But , please don't apply if you only have consulting experience & no industry experience. - Highly Preferred: Tier 1 pedigree (IIMs, XLRI, FMS, SP Jain, IITs, BITs)
