Job Description : PROJECT DIRECTOR – Mega Infrastructure/Roads/Utilities ???? Location: Qiddiya, Riyadh, KSA ???? Type: Permanent Our client is seeking a Project Director to lead a SAR 2 billion mega infrastructure project in Qiddiya, covering roads, interchanges, and utilities. ???? Key Responsibilities: Lead full project lifecycle – from strategy through to execution. Oversee all phases including engineering, construction, MEP, architectural finishes, testing & commissioning. Manage commercial, contractual, and claims matters. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. ???? Candidate Profile: Proven success in similar leadership roles on mega infrastructure projects. Strong ability to inspire teams and deliver under pressure. Minimum 20+ years of experience, including 10+ years in GCC leading large-scale infrastructure developments.
