Job Description : PROCESS ENGINEERING MANAGER GEORGIA FOR FERUILIZER PLANT 1. Develop and implement robust process engineering strategies to optimize Sodium Cyanide production. 2. Oversee plant process optimization efforts, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness in operations. 3. Evaluate and implement new technologies for process improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams. 4. Conduct thorough process assessments to identify areas for enhancement and innovation, driving continuous improvement initiatives. 5. Manage process engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and successful execution. 6. Provide technical expertise to resolve complex process-related issues and challenges, ensuring smooth operations. 7. Establish and maintain process safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a safe work environment. 8. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives for overall plant productivity and efficiency. 9. Drive cross-functional collaboration to align process engineering goals with organizational objectives and priorities Preferred candidate profile Education & Experience Bachelor of Technology Degree in Chemical Engineering.
