Job Description : GM PRODUCTION POLAND FOR FOOD PROCESSING Open to International candidates with 20+ years experience - To lead Production System of a Food Processing company to achieve the targets decided - To plan production & inputs to meet delivery schedules - To manage labour effectively and achieve higher labour productivity - To manage food safety & hygiene standards - To look for improvements for achieving higher productivity - To interact with higher management for reporting on Plant Performance, constraints faced and improvement avenues - To coordinate with Maintenance Deptt for the proper upkeep of the plant - To achieve optimal yield of main raw materials - To implement decisions to improve manufacturing cost structure of the company - To achieve ever higher levels of Production & Productivity
