Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER GUUINEA 20+ years experience Lead and manage underground cabling projects from initiation to closure. Develop project plans including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and budgets. Coordinate with engineering teams, civil contractors, utility companies, and local authorities. Oversee trenching, duct installation, cable laying, jointing, termination, and commissioning activities. Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, permits, and environmental standards. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers; monitor their performance against project plans. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reporting. Ensure quality control and testing of underground cabling systems before project handover. Handle procurement of materials such as cables, ducts, pits, and jointing kits. Manage variations, change orders, and claims in accordance with contractual obligations.
