Job Description : Processing Manager ???? (Mining Industry – Gold & Copper Operation) Southeast Asia an international mining company operating a world-class gold and copper processing facility in Southeast Asia is seeking an experienced Manager – Processing to lead their dynamic operations team. This is a key leadership role driving operational excellence in a growing, high-performance environment. About the Role: Reporting to the Deputy General Manager – Operations, you will oversee the safe, efficient, and optimised performance of the processing plant, including Gold & Copper Processing, Process Engineering, and Laboratory teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing production capabilities, managing capital projects, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead and develop multi-disciplinary processing teams (expatriate & local). ? Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. ? Optimise metallurgical performance and production rates. ? Oversee tailings storage facilities and laboratory operations. ? Drive capital projects and business improvement initiatives. ? Deliver on production targets, cost control, and budget adherence. Qualifications & Experience: ? Bachelor Degree n Chemical/Minerals Processing Engineering. ? 15+ years in mineral processing, with strong hydrometallurgical experience. ? 3+ years in a leadership role managing multi-facility processing operations. ? Overseas/expat experience highly desirable. ? Proven track record in operational excellence, budgeting, and team development. What’s on Offer? ????
