Job Description : We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager with 10 to 18 years of experience in the manufacturing sector to lead and optimize our human resource functions. This role is essential in driving strategic planning, organizational development (OD) interventions, policies, and procedures across the company. Key Responsibilities: · Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals · HR Manual Development: Oversee the creation and standardization of HR manuals across multiple entities · Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee concerns, addressing grievances professionally · Payroll & Compensation: Manage payroll processes, salary and wage calculations · Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace safety protocols, and regulatory requirements · Operations Management: Supervise canteen, housekeeping, and transport management · HR Systems & Monitoring: Develop and implement HR systems, tactics, and procedures to enhance overall efficiency Requirements & Skills: · Proven experience as an HR Manager in the manufacturing industry · Expertise in payroll management, grievance handling, and compliance · Strong knowledge of HR metrics, systems, and databases · Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship management skills · In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices · Degree in Human Resources or a related field Benefits Provided: · Visa and air tickets · Shared accommodation · Laundry services · Food provision · General medical coverage Contract Term: 2 Years (Renewable upon mutual agreement)
