Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Jewellery Group Location: Dubai, UAE Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Board of Directors Job Summary: The COO will oversee the daily operations of the jewellery group, ensuring operational excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels. This role focuses on driving profitability, optimizing processes, ensuring quality control, and supporting strategic growth initiatives in both domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and manage operations across all departments: production, procurement, logistics, retail, and online sales. · Drive efficiency in manufacturing and supply chain, ensuring timely delivery and superior product quality. · Implement and monitor KPIs for performance, cost control, and customer satisfaction. · Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales to align product development and market strategies. · Oversee retail expansion, store performance, and customer experience. · Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical sourcing standards. · Support strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives. Qualifications: · 10–15 years of leadership experience, preferably in jewellery, luxury goods · Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing and retail operations. · Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and scale operations. · Excellent financial acumen and strategic thinking.
