Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO KSA a leading Food and Beverage manufacturing company in their search for a Chief Financial Officer in KSA, Jeddah. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. The role reports to the CEO. Do you have an extensive experience as a CFO within a Food and Beverage manufacturing business? Have you got experience in managing revenue of SAR 1 Billion per annum? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting function · Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO · Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting · Advising on long-term business and financial planning · Establishing and developing relations with senior management, external partners and stakeholders · Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures · Performing risk management by analysing the organisation’s liabilities and investments · Ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organisation’s operations · Ensuring compliance with the law and company’s policies KEY INGREDIENTS · Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus · Proven experience as CFO · In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices · Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods · Proficient in the use of financial management software (e.g. SAP) · Ability to strategise and solve problems · Strong leadership and organisational skills · Excellent communication and people skills · CPA is a strong advantage · M&A experience is a plus · Excellent experience in commercial finance
