Senior Project Manager

Job Description : SENIOR TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER MENA a global leader in food processing and packaging machinery in their search for a Senior Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the full delivery of turnkey projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Full execution and delivery project management responsibilities from planning, design, commissioning to hand over · Financial acumen to deliver the project within financial goals · Assessment of project needs and risks · Commercially sound when dealing with negotiation, revenue, margins, and profitability · Customer-oriented in dealing with challenges and conflicts · Full project management cycle including cost, time and technical variables · Main of contact for internal and external stakeholders including sub-contractors, OEMs, and suppliers · Management of project budget, forecast profitability, and timeline delivery · Definition of system and equipment specifications · Extensive travel across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa region. KEY INGREDIENTS · Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience within food processing/ packaging · Must have an engineering background in machinery/mechanical · Must have success in completing turnkey projects across Europe · Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills · Strong communication skills in English plus one of the following: German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, or French. · Demonstrate strong documentation and reporting capability · Approach all objectives, tasks, and communication with enthusiasm and flexibility · Open to more than 70% of business travel · PMP certification is a plus · Customer-oriented and ability to provide a solution-driven approach to the clients · Must be experienced in AutoCAD and a full understanding of HSE guidelines. ·
