Job Description : PROCUREMENT HEAD NYC USA Open to International candidates with 20+ years experience An industry-leading, high-growth fitness brand is looking for a results-driven Procurement Manager to join their dynamic Global Procurement team. This is your chance to shape procurement strategy across the U.S. and play a pivotal role in a rapidly expanding international business. The Opportunity: Reporting directly to the Group Procurement Director, you’ll be a trusted partner to the U.S. business and Franchise operations, leading end-to-end indirect procurement across sourcing, tendering, contracting, and supplier management. You’ll drive EBITDA performance by delivering tangible savings, efficiencies, and commercial value. What You’ll Be Doing: Own and lead procurement initiatives across all indirect spend categories Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, becoming their go-to advisor Drive commercial excellence through strategic sourcing and negotiation Mitigate supply chain risk and ensure compliance with global procurement standards Support international expansion with agile procurement support and governance What You Bring: Strategic procurement experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment Strong commercial contracting knowledge and a sharp negotiation toolkit Proven ability to influence and engage at all levels of a global organization High-energy, collaborative mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills Comfortable working independently and remotely, with international travel as needed
